Panelized construction technology is more sophisticated than when we constructed our first twenty classroom building in 1987. Our unique process results in buildings able to accommodate virtually unlimited architectural and structural designs.

The structures are manufactured in Watertown, NY of high-quality wood or steel framed panels, built to your specifications.
Each panel is expertly assembled, complete with door and window openings and exterior sheathing, in accordance with your custom design.

With our panelized system, costly delays caused by adverse weather conditions are avoided. Off-site manufacturing in our climate controlled factory allows for greater precision in the construction of your buildings.  Cuts are true and level and quality control is significantly improved when compared with field construction techniques.
